The Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) is one of the leading technical universities in Germany. Founded in 1978, TUHH has turned in a short time into a popular and internationally recognized center for research and teaching. With its International Master Programs TUHH provides an excellent engineering education for students from all parts of the world. In 1998, more than 30 professors and friends of TUHH founded the non-profit Northern Institute of Technology Management to offer a unique program for the very best engineering students worldwide.
Besonderheiten der Studiengänge
The Master Program at the NIT opens a door to an international alumni network, to global companies, to leadership positions and to groundbreaking opportunities. Within two years only, students earn an MBA or Master in Technology Management at NIT and a Master of Science in Engineering at TUHH. The Master Program in Technology Management consists of management skills, law, ethics, soft skills and a second foreign language to prepare a selected group of students for the challenges of technology management in a global economy.
The graduates will
* deepen their engineering know-how in the chosen area of specialization
* acquire future-oriented management skills
* obtain proficiency in German or in an another foreign language
* form a valuable network of alumni and industry contacts through the globe
Linked to leading industry, the NIT offers scholarships for highly motivated and outstanding individuals. By applying to the NIT every applicant is automatically considered for a scholarship. A full NIT scholarship covers all tuition for the management program, accomodation and TUHH semester enrolment fee. As an alternative, the NIT offers attractive student loan schemes to finance the tuition fee and living cost.
